Every 6 minutes SHOCK your body with another form of exercise. This high energy class uses weights, bands, balls, athletic conditioning and kickboxing to give you a 60 minute full body workout. Class concludes with abs and a stretch.
Body Shock
Circuit training is by far the most effective training modality available. Get a challenging full body workout using a variety of strength equipment combined with easy to follow athletic conditioning sequences to give you the maximum results in the minimum time. Engage your core, build lean muscle and burn mega calories.

Tabata was founded in Japan by Izumi Tabata, and Bring It! Studios is excited to offer this cutting-edge workout to you here in Chanhassen! Tabata is a form of interval training designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, combining alternating segments of work and recovery. This class is open to ALL skill levels...you determine the effort you put in. Start where you are today--you'll be amazed at how quickly you progress!

Our instructors incorporate cardio with strength training exercises for a full-body workout! The results you will see - improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

A combination of challenging work with weights followed by essential STRETCHES. The weight work can be scaled to your level--don't be intimidated, everyone is welcome! A perfect compliment to Peak 10.

CrossFit Junior/Teen
This program is designed to challenge both experienced athletes
& kids who just love to play! Your children will have a blast while building core strength, muscle building & conditioning, speed training, plyometrics, mobility & dynamic stretching. Caleb will inspire your child(ren) to new heights. Ages 7-12 years - Juniors. Ages 13-18 Teens.
Heavy Hoops
A high-energy cardio class using a slightly weighted hula hoops. Get a flat stomach, a quick cardio blast, and feel like a kid again while you hula hoop your way to a great core! Kids 11+ are welcome to join parents for this fun yet challenging class. WE HOPE TO BRING THIS CLASS BACK SOON!

Mobility
Some of you may not even know where your restrictions/limitations stem from. This class will find them, correct them, and allow you to find your optimum function. This class will elevate your performance in the gym and enhance the quality of movement in your every day life!
Insanity®
INSANITY has you work out in 3 to 5-minute blocks, and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work. It's called Max Interval Training, because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through your entire workout.You keep pushing your limits – so your body has to adapt. That's how you get in such insane shape! INSANITY Sculpt adds blocks using weights - don't miss it!
Expect rowing, cardio intervals and kettlebells followed by a 15 minute focus on mobility. Our coaches will guide you through movements beneficial to resolving pain, preventing injury, and optimizing your total fitness performance.

Small Group Training
Peak 10 is an 8-week class series that uses our unique “Climb to the Peak” system of metabolic circuit training designed to challenge, inspire and transform your body. The Peak 10 program was designed with two main goals in mind: to help YOU get in the best shape of YOUR life (lean, ripped, strong and fit) and to give the experienced exerciser an opportunity to take their fitness to a whole new level and breaking through plateaus that have limited their fitness results. 3 sessions are offered per year: Fall, Winter & Spring.
An exciting update to our former "Bring It! for Life" program--we are thrilled to offer you the opportunity for personalized goal-setting, training & attention in a small group setting with an outstanding coach. Group size is limited to 6 per session.
You will train twice/week for 8 weeks, and in addition choose any additional group exercise class each week. 16 small group training sessions + 8 group fitness classes=24 classes total, including a Nutrition Seminar. Rather than a Fit Test, you will set personal goals to work on during the 8 weeks. This is a perfect opportunity for both experienced & novice exercisers.
R.E.P.S.
Repetition-Endurance-Power-Strength, this class has it all! Similar to Barbell, with bursts of cardio to kick things up a notch.
Cardio Core
This class will provide an excellent cardio workout with special focus on strengthening your core! You don't want to miss this one.

ATHLETIC FUSION CLASSES

R.I.P.P.E.D.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total body "plateau proof fitness formula" workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Dynamic Movement.
Kettlebells
Your destination is increased cardio capacity + strength. Caleb will challenge you with kettlebell strength elements for Metabolic Interval Training.
Box & Burn
Punch, kick & jab your way to a healthier you! Class includes jump-roping, kickboxing, plyometric training, and old-school calisthenics. Discover your inner ROCKY!


Barre Booty Burn
Work your legs, glutes, and core with techniques utilizing the barre, balls and light resistance. This 60 minute class will get you toned up and stretched out! Shoes optional.

Insanity Sculpt
PURE STRENGTH - Train like an athlete! You will love this basic strength training class - weights, kettle bells, TRX & more are utilized to put muscle on your body.
TRX STRENGTH incorporates more time on the TRX apparatus.
UGI stands for U Got It - 30 minutes of 1-min intervals that focus on cardio, strength, and core work. This UGI Pilates workout closes with 30 minutes of muscle lengthening and strengthening Pilates matwork.
Same great Insanity workout, with extra sculpting! We will add hand weights to some of the exercises - a full body weight and cardio workout - concludes with 10 minutes of abs/core. Don't miss this great workout!
CRUNCH
Join Chris for this brand-new, challenging class. The secret to any ninja's strength lies in his or her core. Discover your inner ninja at CRUNCH, where you're going to blast your core with an assortment of action! Expect ab-sculpting floor work, sweaty core-cardio, and a Tabata-esque core-strengthening segment that is going to maximize results in ALL areas for ALL ability levels.
