Small Group Training

 

 

Great opportunity for individualized goal-setting, training & attention in a small group setting with an outstanding coach. Group size is limited to 6 per session.

 

You will train twice/week for 6 weeks, and in addition choose any additional group exercise class each week. 12 small group training sessions + 6 group fitness classes = 18 classes total. 

 

You will set personal goals to work on during the 6 weeks. This is a perfect opportunity for both experienced & novice exercisers.
