What is PEAK 10?
Peak 10 is an 8-week class series that uses our unique “Climb to the Peak” system of metabolic circuit training designed to challenge, inspire and transform your body. The Peak 10 program was designed with two main goals in mind: to help YOU get in the best shape of YOUR life (lean, ripped, strong and fit) and to give the experienced exerciser an opportunity to take their fitness to a whole new level and breaking through plateaus that have limited their fitness results.

Joining a group of like-minded people and being a part of something exciting, challenging and fun elicits better and more consistently inspiring results to help anyone feel leaner, stronger and fitter than ever!
Peak 10 programming has been developed to be consistent with current industry standards and guidelines regarding High Intensity and Metabolic Circuit Training (MCT).

Classes are held 3 times a week for 8 weeks.

Your first 2 classes each week are Cardio-Strength Combination classes. Your 3rd class is all Cardo (either Fridays at 5:15am, 9:15am or Saturdays at 8:00am).

Our CrossFit Upgrade is available for CrossFit athletes who want to participate in Peak 10 and continue in CrossFit classes for their additional workouts each week. Completion of the CF On-Ramp program is required prior to the start of Peak 10. The CF Upgrade is $100 for UNLIMITED CrossFit classes during the Peak 10 session timeframe. - $399
PEAK 10
Peak 10 Basic + UNLIMITED additional classes per week, Pre & Midpoint Nutritional Seminars to maximize your results! The most convenient way to add in extra strength, stretch or cardio each week!!
8 weeks, 3 per week including a before & after Fit Test and the Pre & Mid point Nutritional Seminars.

All Participants will receive:
1. A nutritional guide with meal ideas.
2. Access to the Pre & MIdpoint Nutritional Seminars.
3. A Fit Test administered at the start and end of the program so you can gauge results.
4. Blood Pressure and resting heart rate monitored before and after the program.
5. Body Measurements before, mid point and after the program, so you can keep track of your progress.
6. Weekly weigh-ins.
7. Attendance monitoring
8. Peak 10/ Bring It! swag.

Prior to Peak 10, I was hardly working out and putting on the pounds. A friend found the website for BringIt Studios and information about a class called Peak 10. We both needed "something" to get us back into working out and keep us motivated. Peak 10 offered the structure and accountability that I needed to get back into a workout routine, so, I signed up.

"Peak 10 intimidated me at the beginning! But, with Erin giving me the confidence to push myself, quickly I felt a change within and saw a change in the mirror. Yes the pounds dropped, but I was surprised to see muscle start popping up I didn't know I had. Clothes were fitting differently while some stopped fitting altogether. After Peak 10 ended the realization hit me that my attitude toward exercise had completely changed. Exercise was no longer something I had to do, it is part of who I am, what I choose to do and I enjoy it! If you are thinking about signing up for Bring It Studio's Peak 10 series, stop thinking and get registered! I'm in my mid-40's and definitely needed to get into better shape, but in all my life I'd never taken a fitness class, preferring instead to just run on a treadmill. My wife, Michele, introduced me to Bring It Studios, where timing & fate came together. They were about to kick off their first-ever session of Peak 10 and she convinced me that we should sign-up. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement, but I knew I needed to do something. I was hopeful that I could shed 10-12 lbs. from my 5'10" 186 lb. body. To my amazement, I lost 20 lbs. over the 8 week course and am in the absolute best shape of my life! I'm eating healthier, am significantly stronger than ever, feel incredible and am actually proud of my body for the first time in many years. And Michele's favorite? I stopped snoring after week 3!
