Schedule

We are a unique hybrid gym combining Bring It! Studios Group Fitness classes along with CrossFit Chanhassen's fantastic CrossFit programming, with many workout options combining the best of both!  

 

The schedule below shows ALL classes we offer:

 

  • If you are looking for Group Fitness classes, you can choose from any classes on our schedule -- EXCEPT "CrossFit WOD", "CrossFit On-Ramp", or "CrossFit Olympic Lifting" classes. All non-CF classes fall under our Group Classes pricing options.

 

  • If you are looking for CrossFit, choose from the following:

    • Beginners will start with "CrossFit On-Ramp" classes

    • Experienced CrossFit athletes can choose from "CrossFit WOD" (Workout of the Day) or "CrossFit Olympic Lifting" classes.

    • CrossFit athletes are welcome to also take any of the other classes listed

Our kids room is always available for your self-entertaining kids to wait while you workout.

Any class listed as Peak 10 is a pre-registration required, 8 week program.  Peak 10 has a Winter, Spring and Fall Session.  

Small Group Training is not open to drop-ins, pre-registration is required.
